Meeting called to order. Review and approval of the previous quarterly meeting minutes.
6:40 PM ā 7:00 PM | Neighborhood Safety & City Liaison Report
Updates from the Des Moines Police Department Community Liaison Officer. Discussion on Ingersoll corridor traffic calming, pedestrian crosswalk safety along 31st and 35th streets, and residential lighting upgrades.
7:00 PM ā 7:20 PM | Community Projects & Committee Updates
ā¢ Street Tree Canopy Initiative: Fall tree distribution and volunteer planting schedule. ā¢ Event Retrospective: Recaps of Ingersoll Live and the 2026 Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale. ā¢ Historic Preservation Committee: Gateway historic signage restoration project.
7:20 PM ā 7:35 PM | Association Treasurer & Membership Update
Presentation of association finances, 501(c)(3) tax status, and the 2026ā2027 community improvement budget. Annual membership overview ($10 individual / $20 household).
7:35 PM ā 7:55 PM | Open Floor & Resident Q&A
An open floor session for neighbors to ask questions, raise localized concerns, and suggest ideas for upcoming events.
7:55 PM ā 8:00 PM | Adjournment & Next Steps
Closing announcements, volunteer signups for fall committees, and meeting adjournment.
